CAN A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR TAP PHONES?

While Private Investigators can record conversations in which they are participants (according to the One Party Consent law), we cannot wiretap phone calls without the consent of at least one party involved. Doing so could result in serious legal consequences

HOW MUCH DOES A CASE COST?

Upon filling out our Intake Form we will arrange a time with you to discuss your options over the phone. We offer total cost transparency.

DO YOU OFFER NON-DISCLOSURE SIGNATURE?

Absolutely. An NDA clause is built into our contract, which you will receive upon verbally confirming our agreement during our consultation. We protect our clients and their information with encrypted technology, and in all our affairs.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Payment of 50% of the total hours is required to open your file. Your final report will be issued upon payment of the remaining 50%.

WHAT ARE YOUR CONTRACT TERMS?

In a nutshell, our contract focuses on these three points:

NDA. All parties to this Agreement will maintain complete confidentiality as to all matters discussed, all materials exchanged and information developed. This includes not informing the target of which Private Investigation firm was used.

BEST WORK. Recover Agency promises to deliver their best work using the latest technology and resources within the constraints of Canadian law. There are no guarantees regarding the results of its services, only that the work will be done. Remember, we cannot find what does not exist and a ‘no result’ – is a result. This service is non-refundable.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY. The parties hereto agree that they will settle any disputes that arise from this agreement between themselves, rather than publicly, including on social media as to protect both reputation and privacy.

DO YOU DO PRO BONO WORK?

Yes. We dedicate a tithe of 10% off each file to fund the investigation of Pro Bono cases. It’s worth contacting us to see if we can take on your case Pro Bono.
